We are Sara Kwan & Menna Cozea, a small team creating big things! Our goal is to help you realize your creative vision while making the whole experience approachable, enjoyable and fun. If you're searching for high-quality design services, we might be your answer!

Some bits about us
  • Sara, our lead designer and your first-contact, holds a BDes in Visual Communications from the Alberta University of the Arts. She has over ten years of design experience working with local businesses and national brands in Canada.
  • Menna carries over a decade of customer service experience working with high-end brands. He also has a strong interest in using technology to make our work more efficient while helping fill in any creative gaps.
  • When not working, we enjoy home improvement projects, travelling, camping, music festivals, skiing and spending time outside with our dog, Beary, the warm office footrest.

Our process

Conversation

Let's get to know each other, chat about your business and your design needs so that we have a solid understanding of what we're creating. If you happen to have a clear vision for the project and have all the content laid out, we can quickly move onto the design!

Content

Together we focus on the content that is to be communicated, then organize it to provide the design's foundation. Depending on the type of project, we may need to complete some careful market research to build a strong content strategy.

Design

The fun part begins! We create a design that looks amazing, serves a purpose and is easy to understand. Depending on the project, we may provide alternative design options to let you pick your favourite.

Feedback

Our team makes the required revisions based on your thoughts and feedback until you are happy with the final result. We do not limit the number of revisions to ensure you are totally satisfied.

Delivery

Once you are happy with the finished product, we will provide you with the final files in the appropriate formats. If you would like the work printed by one of our trusted print providers, we can arrange that as well.
